Whirlwind Golf Club Begins Clubhouse Expansion Project

(Chandler, Ariz.) – Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass, located near the Phoenix suburb of Chandler, Ariz., is thrilled to announce a new clubhouse expansion project that is currently underway with completion slated for winter 2015. The project includes a 2,500 square-foot expansion of the men’s and women’s locker rooms, golf shop, outdoor dining, and administrative areas. The building expansion also includes the creation of a new stone and rusted steel feature wall enhancing the entry experience and identity at the club’s front door and Sivlik Grill and a new entry into the golf shop and cart staging area. New interior furnishing and lighting throughout and patio expansion with feature courtyard and umbrellas will bring new life to the club.

“We look forward to the expanded luxury locker rooms and enhancements that our members and guests will surely enjoy this coming season,” said Marty Hoeffken, general manager, Whirlwind Golf Club.  The new café-style courtyard will be an ideal venue for a luncheon or small group with sweeping golf course views.”
